Deror is THE movement for full body and mind expansion. It’s a homecoming to yourself.
Deror is a Hebrew word meaning “freedom.” It is used to describe the act of proclaiming freedom, particularly in ancient Israel in the context of the “year of Jubilee, when slaves were set free and debts were forgiven.
Deror is unique healing methodology for you and your clients that brings safety to your nervous system and brings you out of your mind and into your body through somatic movement and dance where you will release the weight of stuck emotions like grief, anger, and fear to move you up in frequency into liberation, peace, joy, and empowerment.
Deror will connect you and your clients back to your internal truth and back to that magnetic woman who is filled with vibrancy. Deror is where your full body can be expressed! Full body expression allows the nervous system to relax and feel safe being seen, the inner child to be acknowledged, and for deep healing to occur on a mind, body, and soul level.
Deror brings women together. When women move and release the stories within their bodies together, a deeper unfolding occurs. Walls come down. Wounds are healed. We realize we are in fact one and the same. Deror allows a connection to each other through somatic movement, where movement tells a story rather than words.
