My name is Nicole Hanold. I am a passionate advocate for healing, embodiment, and showing women how to OWN their femininity.

I am a mother of three, a former Judo Olympian, and a woman whose journey has been shaped by resilience, healing, and transformation. I've been in the beauty + wellness space for 15 years. From working with prestigious pharmaceutical skin care companies, to selling hair extensions, to bio active natural skin care, and makeup, and wellness products, I built a successful career in the beauty industry as a licensed esthetician, while helping hundreds of women build thriving online beauty businesses in direct sales guiding them in their journeys of healing, confidence, and natural beauty through touch and esthetics and becoming empowered creating their own legacies.

But the demands of motherhood, entrepreneurship, and the years of stress and unresolved accumulated trauma became too much for my body which eventually led to my collapse and I developed chronic illness and fell into severe burnout for 5 years. I was forced to step away from my thriving business I loved so much and I embarked on a profound healing journey with God.

Dance, aesthetics, and movement have always been at the heart of my life. During my recovery, I discovered the power of somatic embodiment and nervous system regulation and started weaving in dance , touch, and esthetics into these practices together to create unique healing modalities. These practices not only healed my body and soul but also allowed me to reclaim my empowerment as a woman, re-discover my voice, and own who I am in the world again with the capacity in my mind and. body to do what I love in a way that felt easeful and joyful. My passion for wellness, clean results driven products, and self care became front and center in my life because of what I went through and I am a mission to help women transform their lives through my message of wellness, self care, and beauty.

Today, I am a certified somatic facilitator, beauty self care guide, and leader in the beauty + wellness industry. I’ve created somatic modalities, workshops, and courses blending my unique background that guide women into healing, transformation, and awakening to their most empowered expanded radiant selves.

I’ve helped countless women heal their minds and bodies, discover their unique essence, rediscover play, and step into their feminine power in their lives and businesses. Whether through leading entrepreneurs in their businesses, private coaching, workshops, or teaching embodiment practices to sales teams and non-profits, ormy mission is to help women live liberated, abundant, aligned lives filled with beauty, authenticity, and joy that makes you feel incredible inside and out!!
